Any current GLE63s, GLE63, GLE53 AMG SUV & Coupe (W166, W167) or Non AMGs (V167) want to share their 0-60 mph / 0-100 kph ( for our overseas forum members ) or 1/4 mile times?
It would be interesting to know what these enormous luxury performance SUVs are capable of?

Wow niceee! 3.1 0-60 is definitely moving. I recommend a Dragy it is the universal performance test tool. Best part about it is if you have too much down hill or slope your run will be Invalid. So it makes it even for everyone to compare based on the surface road youre on.
As soon as I hit 1K miles Ill be able to open mine up and Ill what the stock #s are and then hopefully go Eurocharged as well.

Very cool thanks for sharing the #s. My '24 is supposed to have more HP and TQ so in theory it should be faster. Even though we all know that MB and BMW all lie about their #s on paper. Now I am interested in my times. Your elevation is a huge factor and you obviously know that.

Yup thats all posted now on MB dot com. At the time of my first post MB had different HP and TQ figures on different pages since the 2024 GLE 53 specs and build were not completely released by MB.
It's part of the 2021 Dynamic Plus package. It's called Track Pace. Here's a pic of some laps at a local track.
I think RJ Automotive can add that for you.
Get the Euro lighting upgrade while you're at it.
Edit: There's an app that goes with Track Pace (same name), that can show a large assortment of data points, from throttle position to slip angle, like pit wall data, for deep analysis of your where you're losing time.
I can now show only three of the data points at once in-car, so a plot would be more instructive.
I can't get it for my US phone, even using a VPN with a London address.
I'll bet analysing it would be worth a few seconds.
Ya only got my 53 by 1.5 seconds at 1/8 mile.

But the only 1.5 seconds is several cars in front by then already. Its crazy to think the time is so little but side by side the difference is very visible.
Frame by frame from the youtube video shows 60 on the cluster and 4.17sec. Just wondering why there's a discrepancy... maybe the dragy overlay is slightly delayed?

I know for sure it's my launch, I need some pointers on how to get a strong launch. I was on Sport+ then hit the gas, there is about a 1 second pause, not sure if the turbos are spooling up or something before you feel the full acceleration force. It's certainly not like back in the day when you could drop the clutch and blast off, how do I do the equivalent in these modern day beasts? Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Everyone's 5 second count is different so there must be an optimal RPM to hit before letting go of the brake right? Unless these specific instructions are recognized by the system and does that for you?
I've been doing some research and some AMG cars have race start also known as launch control where the optimal RPM is reached and held until you release the brake. Unfortunately, it seems the GLEs don't have it so it's gotta be done manually.

Brake torque to 2K rpm and let go of the brake. That's my technique.
The SUV is a mid 3's 0-60 mph. 1/4 is 11.7-11.9 @116.xx stock.
Get a stage 2 tune, DP's and intakes and you are running low 11's at mid 120's

Whatt?? Show me a GLE 53 that runs low 11 seconds 1/4mile. That’s no way possible on full weight and stock turbos. But I’m here for you to prove me wrong.
