Aw nuts! They bundled temp cupholders and HUD with pinnacle package ($3300)! I only want those two. Was able to order these separately in our 2021. *Shakes fist*.
Was hoping they'd bring back Lunar Blue. Such a beautiful blue that looks black at night. We don't like the purple hue the twilight blue gives off. Hope they brought back friends and family.

Also, I mentioned in another thread, they're only offering pano roof for 2025 GLE53 SUVs. I HATE pano roof. Had one in 2018 GLE43 and the screen is too sheer where it heats up the interior and sun beams down on my bald head. Very odd no moon roofs for 2025 AMG SUVs. Procrastinated tinting pano glass on 43 but that will be first thing to do on '25 SUV AMG. The darkest available.
Thanks for the update. I'm shocked to see that a Fingerprint Scanner was added for 2025 but the Digital Vehicle Key was not. Per some of the other 2025 DOG's, there are a few models now equipped with Digital Vehicle Key.

Correct. You won't need to carry a key fob with you. You can use your Apple phone or Apple watch to unlock/lock/drive your vehicle. BMW and Genesis are two brands who offer this feature AND give you a credit card style "key" to keep in your wallet. This feature is a treasure for me since I hike, bike and kayak here in Arizona.

Makes no sense at all to me.
If I'm hiking and fall on my key, it's a whole lot more likely to survive than bashing the phone. My waterproof pockets on my swimwear aren't big enough to hold a phone.
But the thought of having to set a couple of armloads of groceries down on the ground while fumbling for my phone, is pretty enticing. (Instead of touching the door handle.)
Sounds like two steps back.

Card sounds better. I wouldn't have to recharge it every day, like my phone. It would be a redundant key!

On the 2025 63 SUV version, does it come standard with running boards or are they only added if you choose the brushed aluminum illuminated running boards option? And second question, if you choose the night package, does it black out the running boards or keep them in aluminum? I like the idea of illuminated running boards but don't want them to ruin the "blacked out" look with the night package and black wheels.

Just wanted to come back with an update for anyone who is interested. My configured MSRP came out to $145,750 and the dealer agreed to 5% below MSRP, which is basically the invoice price.
I think if I wasn’t taking one of their custom order slots they could have done more of a discount but currently they’re marking it off by around $7300 below sticker and I’m happy with that.

The 53 I bought (2025) came loaded and listed for 104. I paid 100 if that helps. And please, no "you paid too much" comments
