Switching from comfort to sports while driving

I have a 2019 GLE 43 AMG and was wondering if it is this bad for the car to keep changing comfort to sports while driving.

Thank you

Nope. Why would it be bad? It just changes throttle mapping etc. With my AMG I constantly go between Comfort and my Individual mode or make other adjustments depending on the situation.

Thank you for your reply. I remember seeing something about *the car has to be on P when switching between comfort/Sports, etc*. So wasn't sure how true that is

That's made up. If it wasn't safe to do, it would only allow you to change modes while stationary or whatever. They would have programmed protection logic into the system.

Does your car have airmatic which lowers the car like the GLE63s? My Airmatic malfunctioned (unexplicitly) with only 20k miles so I try not to use while driving or in-motion. I had to replace both rear shocks for $3,200.
