GLE53 W167 cracked headlight mounting bracket?

GLE53 W167 cracked headlight mounting bracket?
So while filling up windshield washer fluid, I noticed that the top mounting bracket for the driver side is cracked almost an inch to what appears to be down the mold seam?

Then looking at the passenger side, it appears to start having similar symptoms.

I looked around for possible contact between hood but didn’t see anything.

Anyone had similar experiences? Just really odd.
