How do you change the radio station?

My mouse pad seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes I can tap it once and it changes the XM station and sometimes I have to tap it twice. Sometimes that doesn't work and I have to press down on the pad. I used to scroll right and left using the arrows but now that just toggles between two of the same stations. What am I missing?

Thanks!

I have the pads disabled. It did nothing but **** me off. Mostly at the steering wheel (assuming I do not have the other menus up).

One of 4 ways:
1. Mouse pad
2. Touch screen
3. Right-side steering wheel controls.
4. Voice..."Hey Mercedes" ....Change radio station to...

Good Luck

I'm still learning the vehicle and have used all of these in 200 miles. I find the mouse pad the most used by a slim margin. To be honest, I keep forgetting about the steering wheel controls, which I use all the time in my Jeeps. Thanks for the reminder.

I do wish mercedes would have made dedicated fwd/rev track steering wheel buttons without having to set media/radio as your center display.

Hmmm. Mine is a 2021, but isn't the use of the arrows meant to be a swipe left/right in that area instead of a tap? That's how I use it at least.

This guy is awesome in explaining a lot of Mercedes features and MBUX. He has been a huge help in me learning about my new car. https://www.youtube.com/@npoleary For those of us with left hand drive, we need to take that into consideration when translating things to the other side of the steering wheel.

Yes. And that was working perfectly for me but now it is only toggling between two stations.
