Question Hand wave setting?

After a recent service, I lost the hand wave function where you can just raise a hand below the rearview mirror and control a function that you set. I cannot find it in the owners manual. Under favorites, Driver and Passenger setting for this are grayed out. How can I reset this little luxury? Thanks.

I think that setting is called Gestures available in the Interior Assistant. To turn it off/on you do it in the center display. Go to Settings then to System then to Intelligent Assistants (left side of display) then scroll down to Interior Assistant (right side of display). There you can enable or disable this feature and beside the slider is a settings button you can use to set up some of the functions and favorites.
