For those of you who got parktronic. Do front sensors go on the side of the bumber? (4 in the front and one on each side of the bumper) How do you like it?
I drove E-Class in europe, and parktronic made it really easy to get used to big car on small streets. I loved it, even through after 2 days it wasn't really needed, but without it, it would have been a lot harder to get used to tiny streets tiny parking spots.

IMO, Parktronic renders the rear camera as redundant and an unnecessary option.

I like them both since Camera can help you get real close while PTronic can only give you approximate idea.

+1 My wife wanted it for this same very reason. I guess in the ends its an additional tool which helps out, for some its a waste to others its another item which helps.

So how about on the placement of the front sensor? Is my understading of where they are in front correct? (4 in front, 1 on each side)
