I too was looking at c-class and test drove it many many times but jumped into GLK with one test drive. You can always go negotiate and see what kind of deals are you able to get for your trade-in. Ofcourse, its not financially wise to trade-in/sell a vehicle that's less than 3 yrs old but you are the one who should be deciding how to spend your money.
