That's how it is. You order car and fix the price when you place the order (not when car is delivered). Only apr is subject to change depending on what promotion is avaialble in the month of delivery.
What options are you looking for? I had a pretty difficult list, but then changing a few preferences put me in a perfect car for me. No regrets yet.

I guess you'll have to wait. I don't think there is even price for KeylessGo yet. It's understandable dealers are trying to move what they have, but it's weird they don't want to agree on the price when ordering the car for you. Why don't you wait then till the first batch with KeylessGo comes and see if there is anything that fits your wants. Since you want pretty much everything in the car it makes it easier to find.

$45k over 66 months at 5.9% = $800/Month & $7,700 in interest.
MB has never offered this low of a rate for this long a period of time. I'm a fan of Keyless Go and all, but by the time a Keyless order car is in the US (July) I'd be hardpressed to say it's worth $5,300 to me.

I picked up my GLK here in Houston last week and was surprised to find that the rear sliding pull-out cargo cover was not included in the car. My salesman and I looked at every other GLK in the dealership inventory (14) and didn't find a cover in any of them 
. The problem is -- they show the cargo cover in place in every rear-shot photo in the sales brochure, and every web site that describes the GLK's features (such as KBB.com) states that the cargo cover is standard... and I really could use one. Has anyone else received a free cargo cover with their car (I know they're standard in Canada)? Thanks for your comments -

So did ours. From what I understand, some time in August '09, MB made it std in all GLK's except the base models.

My GLK arrived without the cargo cover. I told the dealer that it is now standard and he went to check on the computer and told me it is not. Then I asked him about ordering one and he said there were only two in the country and it would cost about $340. It sounded fishy to me based on what everyone else had paid for theirs and the fact that some people got theirs included...I was not pleased.

I am not even sure when was the last time that I didn't see a cargo cover as a standard item on any hatchback type vehicle. This is B.S. on MBUSA's part and I don't mean Black Series.

So now is it folding mirrors, actual tire pressure for each tire, real time traffic, and the cargo cover that are standard equiptment? Why is MB doing this? I feel like we got the shaft and this is the first MB we have purchased. It's not leaving a good taste in my mouth and it's not like this is the next model year. Are the GLK prices still the same?

I'm not sure how it is in the States, however. Last time I priced one out on a US website it seemed like you could pay anything from the price of pack of smokes to upwards of $50K USD depending on the options you chose...

Mercedes Houston North--Cargo cover was included! When the salesman delivered the car, he commented that this was the first cover he had seen installed the GLK from the factory. He had been selling MB for 13 years so he should know the cars (hopefully)!
