Hi All,
Got my GLK 4 matic yesterday. Drove around 100 miles...Super cool.
You will be disappointed if you are looking for the sports handling....This GLK is pure luxury.
MM package with the HK logic 7 is a must, fits well with the interior of the car.
Heated seats I think are a waste as is the Ipod interface....I think better quality comes from the CD (I am not sure though).
Gas mileageP 15.2 city driving.
No problems so far.
Thank you all for the advice.

Thanks for the update, but frankly heated seats ARE NOT a waste... Try spending a Canadian Winter and you will know what I mean.
Post pics when you have a chance.

As for the media interface I like the convenience of it all.. I have over 40GB of music that is always at hand in the car, I can't imagine trying to manage my library on DVDs/CDs for use in the car.

Congrats on your new car.
of course heated seats are a waste in July, say the same in January.
I agree on Ipod being unnecessary as you can just plug in SD card with PCMCIA adapter and forget about it instead of plugging in Ipod every time.

Unless you have a library of older tunes downloaded from the Apple iTunes Store prior to the time when Apple started offering DRM-free tracks. Or you didn't pay the 30¢/song to upgrade your protected tracks to iTunes Plus (DRM-free) format. In those cases, you can't transfer the music to an SD card and would still need the iPod option which will enable you to play the protected format.
