GLK - front grill - interesting difference
The upper grille is a two bar set up (Europe uses a three-bar grille) with a large three-pointed star in the middle.

GLK 4Matic
dlinjuly2009, I looked at French GLK's yesterday after reading your post so I looked up the French MB site. I see the difference but I can't understand that it is such a subtle difference, why did MB ever bother?

If you recall, the original plan was to offer two versions of the GLK, a Off Road version (three bar grill) and a Sport (two bar grill). Each one had different wheels, different interior trim, different grill, and different side skirts, think there were a couple other differences I can't think of right now. When it hit the U.S. market both versions got morphed into one.
