UCI interface dilemma!

UCI interface dilemma!
Hi everyone,
My GLK didnt come with the UCI interface and my dealer wanted $699 to install it
! I bought the kit off ebay and was told that I had all the right wires. But as you can see below...there is only one fiber optic connector going from the head unit into the UCI. 
There area also 2 connectors on the side of the UCI which i do not have cables for.
Here's the back of the head unit:
I think it goes into one of the white spots on the bottom left, but its only a guess, and i still feel as though i am missing something
