Is there any way we can key in an address while the car is in motion? I appreciate the safety aspects on this and why MB wants to stop the driver from entering an address, but it will really help if they allow this so that the passenger at the front seat can search for an address. This feature is kind of common and will really be handy when you decide to detour while you are on the road.

Any help?

I am pretty sure you the front passenger can enter in the address as well.

nah, navi doesn't know who is entering and doesn't allow address to be entered when the car is in motion using the screen.

My old portable navi would ask if you are a passenger, but GLK (at least US version) only lets enter address by voice when car is in motion.

Correct, and Canadian version is the same. I believe you can however, choose the already listed address using the mouse wheel.

+1 sorry guys for my mistake and thanks for the correction.. I usually just choose my address since it is entered for most places I go..
