I've noticed in some posts and on some avatars the mention of "GLK X".

Last time I checked... there was only one trim of the GLK available in North America... and in the US the 4 Matic also is an option.

Am I missing something?

In Canada, the base GLK now includes the Sport Package (Aluminum Roof racks and 20" rims). The base price before was $41,800 (w/o Sport Package).......now the base price is $42,900 (w/ Sport Package). The Sport package was only $700. So, the base model now GLK X 350 is actually $400 more than before. The " GLK X ", I think is only an internal MB code.

Oh. I was aware of the recent base model upgrade and corresponding price increase but I didn't realize that this is what the "X" was refering to.

Hmmm... perhaps I should run over to my MB dealer and give them 400 bucks... then I too can say I drive a GLK 350 X... loljj.

Wait a minute! I was supposed to be the only one with that model. Damn I got ripped off!
