GLK Costco run

The new GLK handled a $250 Costco run with no problem! There is lots of room behind the rear seats for 'stuff'!
I love how tight this SUV feels and handles!
I get a smile on my face every time I close the door and hear that 'thunk!'

I'm glad I'm not the only one who was thrilled with the GLK for Costco purchases!

I do park way out at the back of the parking lot though to watch out for stray shopping carts!

I wish I had costco runs, but grocery store is in my building hehe. But I too enjoy GLK whenever I have to go anywhere, esp. in bad weather.

I park as far from the doors as I can get at those places! A little exercise never hurt!

GLK350 4Matic
today I just packed in 3- 30L garbage can, 4- 20L garbage can, 3- 12L garbage can, and 2- 36X60 boxes, and still able to fit one person in the back seat. After today I was totally surprised how much my GLK can pack.

I do this as well with ALL my cars every where I park. Isn't it a shame that we must resort to such tactics because some people just don't care about other peoples property? Some say we should blame the designers of these parking lots.... I think not, it's all those who care less. Some even wack your car because they're just nut cases, jealous or are just out to do some damage....

Now if only I could get my wife to do the same....... fat chance!

During the first week of ownership, I did an Ikea run to pick up two 6.5 foot+ bookcases, in a snow storm. Fit everything in the car just fine and the GLK behaved like a tank on the road.

So far, I am a very satisfied owner
