Loading Speech Data
I've noticed that sometimes when I push the voice control button I get a box on the COMAND screen that says "Loading Speech Data" but then nothing else happens. Sometimes I have to push the voice control button 3 or 4 or more times to get the voice control prompts to appear.
Has anyone else had this experience?

Did you teach or have your car learn your voice? It takes about 5 minutes and you should do it in a quiet area.

You need to wait about 20 seconds after you've started the car before you try to access Voice Control. It takes a little while for the program to fully load before you are able to access it.
