GLK Navigation Update
For those who might be interested I contacted NAVTEQ about registering for updates. They don't list the GLK. They told me that the GL uses the same navigation software as the GLK. A new update (August '09) is available. The cost is $249.00 plus $9.95 shipping.

How old is version in GLK? If it's only 6-12 month older what's the point? Can get new portable navi for 250, what a rip off. GLK should have lifetime free updates for the price tag of its navi.

I agree mine is about 15 months old but I keep finding errors in the Nav system not from MB but from NAVTEQ and you would think they would make amends.
