LIMITER CUT OFF??

2010 GLK 350, Palladium, P01,Chrome inserts,running boards,Bi-Xenons,Multimedia,AMG Body&Wheels,Tow.
LIMITER CUT OFF??
Does anyone know what the actual "LIMITER" cut off is??? I got the car on Friday night, and on Sunday was at 115mph,,and I got off of it, has anyone hit some higher numbers??? I installed K&N filters, dont know if it makes a difference yet??

My car has Continental 4X4 Contact 19" tires.
They are a 99H. 99 is the load range.
H is the speed rating. H means that 130MPH is the maximum speed capability of this tire.
I would bet a lot, that the limiter is set at 130....or below.

I would guess you can get the new Conti UHP that is V rated (149 MPH) and maybe talk MB service into removing the limit or setting it at 149. I believe that I saw where the GLK is rated at 147 absolute top end......but not with me in it.

Don't you think 115 is breaking the car in kinda hard? Lease?

GLK 350 / Porsche 993
I thought the same thing give it a few hundred miles. Even brakes have to be broken in as well as tires. Can't go much faster than that, top speed is130.

i came close to 88mph....but i didn't want the flux compassitor to come on...1.21 jiggawatts!!
