Adding Sirius to 2010 GLK

Hi -- does anyone have a good idea on how to add Sirius radio? My GLK has the Universal Media Interface, but not Comand or Sirius. It seems there should be some way to add Sirius through the UMI but I haven't been able to find any information. Or if not through the UMI, is there another aftermarket installation that anyone recommends and looks nice? Thanks!

I'd be happy with XM too! Thanks.

I have to agree sirius has terrible audio quality, cassette like, and you need line of sight for it to work. This HD radio is sounding like a better option to me.
