Hood deflector?

Anyone find a manufacturer for a hood deflector (bug deflector shield) for the GLK?

I'd like to get one, but if not may have to go the clear bra route. I've had good luck with the hood deflectors in the past but can't seem to find one for the GLK350.

Try O'Neill (I think this is the same as Weathertec, but with a new name?) They have tons of these, floor mats, etc.

Here is the direct link: https://www.weathertech.com/store/mv...OptChoiceIds=0

Looks like they only have side window wind deflectors

ya, the thing they put on suburbans. Not the most attractive but effective. At least at keeping the leading edge of the hood clean and free of rock chips. It doesn't look like anyone has one so I guess I'll go the clear bra route. Less visible, or so I hope.

There are several sources for clear protection. I have seen some solutions that are like a clear tape (put simply), while others are more of a paint-on approach.

I think there has been some discussion on the board of those, have you tried a search?

I've done a search already and have an idea on the clear paint protection options.

I was asking about hood deflectors or bug shields.
I was hoping someone had found a plastic bug shield instead. That would be easier to deal with. Looking at the hood I doubt we'll see one though because of the two "fangs" that are on the hood.
