I use a flex impellor pump. I made a adapter on lathe from a short piece of 3/4 in shafting. Drilled and tapped a hole in it. Cut 2 o ring grooves in it. Works great. The dipstick tube goes down into a small resovoir and after sucking i pulled drain plug and didnt even gdt a cupfull out the drain.
Be sure to remove filter first so it all drains to crankcase.

Very nice video! What year is this GLK? I noticed you used the same Mann filter that I use on my C300, but I'm trading that car on a 2015 GLK350. I'm trying to figure out if I can still use the same oil filters or did they change along the way? Thanks.
