iPod Touch 2g won't charge?
Hey, I'm not sure if this is related to the GLK350 or the iPod itself, but I decided to ask about both. The iPod cable for the media interface in the COMAND works fine with my iPod Touch 2g. However, the iPod displays "Charging is not supported with this accessory". That message accompanied by the yellow triangular exclamation sign.
My question is, is this a problem with the cable? Is my iPod just too old? Or could there be another issue?
PS. This is my first post, so hello all :P

Welcome to the forum
I don't have the iPod, however have I noticed the issue being discussed on a number of threads, one of them:

Fixed itself?
Thank you for the reply, I was pretty certain that my iPod was just old, then. Judging from the linked forum it seemed that it was the different place of a pin in the connector. However after driving the car with the iPod plugged in it strangely started charging properly.
Still one issue, I don't get the MB logo that I supposedly should get when it's plugged in. But I don't mind as long as it works.
