Dark Reverse

Hi... new here. Just bought a GLK350. 2011, Artic white with the almond/black interior. P1 package, burl wood, heated seats & Nav+4. LOVE IT! My only gripe is that it is so very dark when I'm trying to back up. I guess because of the privacy glass? I may have to start backing into my driveway because I can't see a thing backing out at night! Does anyone have recommendations? Better lighting? Back up camera? I appreciate your help.

I know this sounds stupid but...
Are the backup lights working? Verified by someone outside the car?

Yes I had someone check to be sure my backup lights are working. I really can't believe how dark it is. I literally have to open my windows so I can see backing up.

If you are looking into the Better lighting route, note resolution provided by allanx204, https://mbworld.org/forums/glk-class...-lights-2.html, posts #39 and -41.

The pictures are on my IE "x'd out", however do I assume poster will supply you with new ones, if so wished/needed.
