Hi, I was wondering, is it possible to raise the height of the GLK? To give it a bit more of an off-road look and feel.

Yeah, my inner redneck has been craving a Rancho lift kit and some 31" Mud Dawgs!

Looks can be deceiving. You'll ruin the ride, but each to his own.

The ride will be different for sure.
I have never thought a GLK would be off road against a Jeep.

Well I like the look of manly SUVs. I always liked the sportiness of the Wrangler mixed with a bit of aggression. GLK has a lot of similarity looks wise to the Wrangler, but is more classy and refined. Also Wrangler is a piece of crap in terms of creature comforts.

Besides, they have the off-road package in Europe so I am not thinking differently, just more future oriented.

Offroad Technik-Paket: Lifted 30mm (1.18") together with five more features.

I don't think MB "- ruin the ride -" by doing that.

Yeah but that is fine. Nobody ever said about raising the car 10". I just want to make it a bit more capable on rough terrain/deeper snow. Lets be honest, if somebody got this car for handling, then they got a wrong car in the first place and the 30mm raise is not going to affect that.
