My New 2013 GLK350
My first Mercedes.
Pebble Grey Metallic
20-inch twin 5-spoke alloy wheels
Interior: Black MB-Tex

I love the car. The only issue right now is that the POI database is not finding any Babies-R-US in New York
But with MBrace2 on my iPhone, it's not an issue, since i can send an address to the Navigation from it. BTW, got it for $1700 below Invoice.

I love the car. The only issue right now is that the POI database is not finding any Babies-R-US in New York
But with MBrace2 on my iPhone, it's not an issue, since i can send an address to the Navigation from it. BTW, got it for $1700 below Invoice.

I'm really enjoying the car. I'm getting crossbars today. Will install and post some pictures this weekend. Dealer told me that the tow hitch was not available through the dealer and only a factory ordered option on the 2013, as far as they can tell. So I'll be putting my bike on the roof, I just hope i remember to take it off before i drive into my garage

The Rush Rush is because it landed at Halifax on July 23 and did not leave there until late August. Needless to say I was encouraging them to deliver it faster!!!

Great looking car congrats, if i am not mistaken isnt the wheels supposed to be different with the AMG pack? Because i remember those wheels go with the app package but the front of your car is AMG. A bit confused please explain this to me.

I was thinking the same thing, those are the wheels from the appearance package.

As soon as I got the photo's I went to my Mercedes iPad app and pulled up the 2013 GLK and under 'explore' I chose the wheels for AMG and they are different than what I got! You are correct the wheels I got are supposed to be for the appearance package!!
It could be a Canada vs MBUSA thing because we chose the black Artico interior with the default dark ash dash but on the iPad app it is not even a choice! We don't get mBrace in Canada so there are some differences.
We pick it up later this afternoon, finally!!
. Looking forward to see if my address book from my iPhone will sync properly and if it will read text messages on the Command system via the iOS 6 I have already, it is supposed to but we will see. May have to wait for the public release version of iOS 6 next Wednesday then it should work for sure.
Might post a You Tube video in a few days if anyone is interested.

You have a very sharp eye my friend!!! I have no idea!!!! We just ordered the vehicle and did not specify which wheels we wanted. I am not sure we even had a choice but both my wife and I are pleasantly surprised.

Well, we have some W212 and W221 Owners with these two goodies installed in their cars .So, you are welcome to drop by W212 and W221 to learn something about these things
I don't think it's irritating at least you can turn it off as you said but mostly it should be on because you pay for it . It's like keyless go , you can start your engine and open the doors with the key but then what's the point of using your key all the time since you pay extra cash to get this cool stuff

Cars built for Canada have different options. for 2013 the AMG front end is standard. The interior also comes with sport interior option that includes sport seats - more bolster support, an under the seat storage box is standard too. Dark walnut trim is standard. Convenience package has heated steering wheel and heated windshield washer components. I think I could get more options for the same money if I bought a new 2013 Canadian one as the dollar is almost 1 to 1 right now. Go the the MB Canada site and build one it is interesting what the differences are.

Yes it transferred the entire address book from my iPhone to the GLK. When my wife connected her iPhone it transfered her address book. According to the manual it will transfer the entire address book of the currently connected phone. Yes it can display and read text messages from my iPhone that has iOS 6 but it does not allow you send a text. Will try Siri on our 4S tomorrow to see if we can send texts with just voice commands on the iPhone.
Bit of a learning curve on the voice commands and Nav. The ECO on/off works well without delay.
We do not have Internet access as no mbrace in Canada.

Congrats on the car! I've had mine for a week and love it.
I also have black. A interesting observation, my doorhandles are Obsidian Black. I thought it was dust, but no, the door handles have metallic flakes. Also, my rear chrome piece has a three inch imperfection, not noticed until I was in the direct sun, but annoying. The new piece is on order.
