coffee break warning
I just bought a 2013 GLK. After driving for about 2 hours on highway, it showed a coffee break warning. I ignored it, and warning reappeared several times. How can I remove this warning? I don't want a coffee break warning. Thank you.

Simple answer is to use the steering wheel buttons to turn off stay awake feature on the display in the instrument panel. Just cycle through and you'll find it. It's on by default.

I also noticed this on my loaner car and was thinking "the car needs coffee!?".

I drove the car half way to Las Vegas from Los Angeles before I figured out what it was before I disabled it. Frankly I thought the car was defective before that .

I think there will be a time that somewhere in the world a MB dealer will get a call from a customer who recently bought a new MB with that feature and the salesman forgot to mention it to the customer or the customer is too lazy to read the manual (like most of the folks here - no offense) will ask...."Hi John Smith, I just opened the hood and I cannot find where to pour the coffee as the dashboard screen is indicating a coffee problem"

Coffe break light
This is a warning that you are wandering. Nothing to do with coffee. Read the instruction Book.
