1st gen IPOD Touch wont connect to IPOD interface in GLK350
Took delivery last week of my new GLK, however when i try and connect my 1st gen ipod touch, it says no device is connected. The power however will charge and it will attempt to connect but it never does. Went into the dealership today and the service guy tried his iphone and it worked fine. Any help is appreciated. Do I have to upgrade to iOS 3 for my first gen for it to work. It works fine in my 2013 Jetta SE. Lemme Know..

By looking at the list of compatible iPODs for the MY2013 GLK, is the iPod touch 1. Generation not listed at all: http://www.mercedes-benz-mobile.com/...compare/~ipod/,
wheras it is found in the compability list of the MY2010-2012: http://www.mercedes-benz-mobile.com/...compare/~ipod/.
