GLK 350 Service schedules
GLK 350 Service schedules
Hi All,
Please pardon me for asking some obvious questions but I am a new GLK 350 owner and this is just my second car ever.
I heard and read a lot of 40K warranty or 5k maintenance?
My question is that will the Car dashboard really throw out a message telling me that it needs to be serviced ?
My first car was Hyundai Sonata, and the dealer simple sticked some paper onto the front wind shield telling me what is next service time.
So if I heard my salesperson correctly, for GLK 350, the in-car system will pop up a message asking me to bring the car to service?
So I don't have to carry a notebook to track when it is due, right?
Thanks for any inputs.

The system will pop up messages when you start the car. Mine (cnd) seems to start 3000 km before the next service.
You can also check in the menu at:
Click left or right on the steering Wheel controls to change displays, when you get to SERVICE, go Down to ASSYST PLUS and select. It'll display the next service.
Have fun with your 350.
