Pumps that are particularly sensitive at some stations do that on my 2010. Turning the pump handle upside down and pumping with it in that position always solves the problem.

 

I actually have a hole in the fuel filler neck. I dont know if that reply was for me, but im looking for a way to patch the hole, instead of swapping out the entire gas tank, because the filler neck is only sold with the entire setup.
