scrapdo

Hi,
Trying to send an extension wire from the center armrest/storage bin, under/around the cup holders to the ashtray. I have the ashtray out and there seems to be space but there is a small panel on the lower inside front of the armrest/bin and I'm wondering if anyone has managed to open it and how?
