You would be better served with W166 ML platform - and if you want the 250 disel want for model year 2015 - or go with 2014 as possibly last year of the awesome 350BT engine for the ML.. zoom, zoom...

You asked - you can check the specs - remember you need total pull both boat and trailer - Class II hitch capacity is 3500lbs... ML350BY Class III and over 7000 lbs.
