Backed into pole during heavy rain!
I couldn't see the pole out of my back window and the drops of water hid the pole on the reverse cam. I rolled into the pole with the driver side of my bumper right under the tail light.
Any idea around how much it would cost to get this fixed? Will I have to replace the entire bumper? It's hard to see, but the midway point below the headlight is slightly bulged out. It looks like the pressure from the hit caused it to crease outward.

Not much of a body guy but to make you feel better. Our fleet annual driver training goes into great detail about backing. They tell us that less than 1% of our time behind the wheel is used for backing but over 30% of accidents happen in reverse. You are not alone!

Ha. This does help me feel better about it. Thank you.

Not a big deal...yellow might just buff out with some goo gone...worst case is $500 for a partial respray from a local body shop. Over time rear bumper accumulates a few touches.

I agree; too small to worry about.
Use WD40 or rubbing compound to remove the yellow paint and you'll be good to go...

First, please do not use goo gone or WD40. Try a mild clay bar (and lots of lube), and then work your way up to an aggressive clay bar before trying substances which will damage your paint.

I concur about the Goo Gone, though...
