I'm so excited to visit MaderaConcepts in Goleta this weekend to pick out new wood grain. My wood grain faded for the second time after MB replaced it. Basically it only took a year for it to become gray and blotchy, seems like there was no UV protection!!! Madera will restore it, you can get your wood grain done in piano black lacquer for around $1,000.00.

They can also do more exotic woods. I've decided to keep the burl so I don't have to remove my door handles. I replaced my trim around the shift knob with brushed aluminum, it breaks up the interior, will post pics asap. I plan on buying an upgraded AMG wood grain steering wheel on ebay soon too, it'll have the silver trim like a 2013, which will also update the interior!
