Service A3
HI all,
Sorry if it's been asked, .... but anyway ...
Just got my 2013 GLK 250 back after it's 2nd "B" service. (8 months and 62,000 km later)
I always check to make sure the service indicator has been reset. Now it says Next Service A3 in 15,000 km ??
So what's the difference between an "A" and an "A3" ???
Thanks.

I had B2 came up (it was second B serivce). Maybe A3 means 3rd A service, which should include other things as well besides your basic A service.

Thanks.
That's what I thought. It will be the 3rd A service. I just don't recall seeing a number after the letter on the second A and B services.
The service manager said also that the 250 doesn't need a tranny flush at 60,000 km ... He said the documentation from MB shows the flush for the 250 Bluetech at 120,000 km
Happy motoring!

Yea it appears that 2013 GLK needs the flush at 7 years or 70k miles in US. They updated the tranny in 2012 or 2013 (along with gas engine). The 4 year 40k interval is excessive IMO on 2010 GLK. My 1998 porsche requires tranny only flush every 60k miles.
