speakers in the 2013 GLK model

speakers in the 2013 GLK model
I have my eye on a 2013 GLK model, however it lacks the Harman Kardon speakers. What could I expect from the standard speakers and how hard would it be to change them out?

There are threads in the X204 and W204 forums discussing Harman Kardon and other speaker alternatives.
VicViper has a DIY for Harmon Kardon replacement in the W204 forum used as reference.
I went the simplest route by replacing just the tweeters with OEM Harmon Kardon on my C300 and GLK350. You can find a thread that discusses the tweeter DIY and the OEM part number.
There is also a thread on how to adjust the equalizer through the engineering menu.

The base audio system is pretty good. With the Harman system you get a subwoofer which is the only thing I think is missing with the base system. I don't think the general speaker quality of the base system is any issue.
