Emission Test Program offer
I 've just received a Emission Test Program offer from MB Research and Development asking to participate my 2014 GLK 250 diesel in the test program in the local Ann Arbor, MI tech center.
They claim that they will:
-Pick-up, drop-off car by flat-bed
-Give me comparable Mercedes loaner with full tank and unlimited mileage
-Return car in 2-3 weeks washed with full tank
-Put on car no more than 200 miles
-The test will be in Inside facility in controlled testing chamber and driven on a dynamometer with normal driving speeds to simulate the actual emissions output
-Give me a $500 VIsa gift card
The question is what would you do? Opinions?

Also, would probably take a 2 week vacation and drive to panama and back

Drives Slowly
I participated in the program last year and would do it again. They picked up my 2013 CLS63 and dropped off a brand new and loaded 2014 E550 coupe for me to enjoy. They were very accommodating with all my request including time and place of pick-up. They also agreed to transport my car in a covered carrier both to and from their facility. The technicians had my car for two weeks and I think they put less than 100 miles on it. It was returned washed and with a full tank of premium gas. Mercedes then sent me a $1,000.00 Visa gift card within a week. Maybe they have recently decreased the amount of the gift card.
