2015 GLK 250... Tire sensors or no tire sensors?
Wondering if the 2015 GLK 250 has TPMS / tire pressure sensors?
and it does an not have individual tire pressure reading.
It has some Tire Assyst to reset the run flat indicator... So that likely means I am free of stupid TPMS crap?

You don't have TPMS sensorsd in each wheel if you don't see individual tire pressures. The reason why you don't have a spare is because that's where the DEF (AdBlue) tank is located on the diesels as someone pointed out earlier. If it's a Canadian car you also don't have run-flats - see if you can find a can of tire sealant and an air comressor on the left side under the rear cargo compartment.
I also found a compressor in the trunk area when I was looking around.
AFAIK there was no GLK ever delivered to Canada with run-flat tires.
I have a collapsible spare from a 350GLK in the cargo area.
I am looking to buy a ML 350BT as I find the Glk a little small for our needs and I like the features of the ML.My dealer is giving me a great deal on a ML
I will have a spare for sale , a Benz rubber cargo mat and the MB side rails for the roof rack if I pull the trigger.
By the way, when I bought our 2014 GLK250, my dealer told me that it had run-flat tires. But it has standard AW Contis. A lot of the literature is US centric and can be confusing.
What individual owners may have done before trading in their vehicle is a different story altogether - but there were no GLKs sold in Canada by MB that came equipped with run-flats.
