SPY C266 nav for 2010 GLK350, good?

Hi everyone. I recently purchased a super clean 2010 White GLK350 for my girlfriend , 30,000 miles, spotless, she loves it! But she hates having no navigation or back up camera! I could have bought a 13' with all that but we were getting out of a horrible lease of her infiniti and starting the building off our home in less then 2 months, so to save $ here we are! Anyway I searched and found obviously this can be challenging in these cars, I came to the conclusion adding a camera to the factory non-nav screen doesn't work. I keep coming accross the SPY-C266 which is the Chinese made direct plug in. It looks great but I'd love to here first hand experience if anyone has or knows someone with one, or what other option others have pulled off! Thanks alot for the insight.
