Hi, for those of you in colder climates, what winter wipers do you use?

I gotta say, this is my first MB, and without spending a lot of time staring at the wiper attachment point on the wiper arm, it seems fairly unique. Can I use anything other than OEM stuff?

i just got the bosch hybrid at the local store, it contains adapters to make it work.
