"P268A - Fuel Injector Calibration Not Learned/Programmed"

It was running fine before, I cleared the code, and it ran fine after.

Has anyone ever had this?

Typically you get this code when Billy Bob does not put the injectors back in the correct hole or Billy Bob changes an injector and does not calibrate the injector

Well, have the injectors ever been touched? No idea. But, I do know that I've had the car since last August, and no injector has been played with since then, and it happened yesterday. Why would it take this long to manifest itself?

If it happens again, I'll take it to a shop to have it calibrated.
