I am getting ready to trade in my 2013 GLK this summer and thought I'd check to see if anyone in the Denver area would be interested in the custom fiberglass subwoofer box I have custom mounted in the hatch. It's built into the driver's rear side panel, with no panels cut; they are just removed the part with the small pocket and can easily be put back on if need be. The box itself matches the charcoal carpeting and looks and sounds great. The box holds a 10'' JL Audio subwoofer, and inside that fender area behind the box, an Alpine MDX 600 watt digital amplifier is mounted. The dealership isn't going to give me extra value for the gear, so I thought I'd see if anyone local would want it. The box was $700 installed and the amp was $400 new. I'd take $500 for both or $400 for the box itself, if you already have your own amp. I can take photos if anyone is interested. I wouldn't be taking it out for a little while yet; this post is just to gauge interest. I am not going to ship it - it's too heavy and the cost would be unreasonable, so you'd need to be in the Denver area to take this off my hands. PM me if interested.

I'll get some photos up, but this will be very Denver-area only. I'd charge the buyer shipping and I bet it would bet at least $75 to properly pack/ship the fiberglass enclosure and amp. Not worth it. I'm thinking I'd have better luck on Craiglist anyway.

For a custom sub, it might be, I have a big *** Jl sub sitting in back, I have an Audison 8.9, optically hooked up, with Bit Dmi, Audison remote, 2 sets of Hertz 6.5 Xl. That's a loud clean stereo , but my sub is held in place with bungies.
There is a store on this site that advertises Smarter Key, they are in Chicago and might as well be interested since they do sound for Mercedes Chicago . United parcel service stores pack and ship, hey, everything ships.
