Merc A160 Cdi 2011 When calling on the phone the car end is perfect but there is double talk on the other end of the call ie the caller can hear themselves talking a slpit second after they start. Hope this makes sense. This happens both on landline and also mobile. Any ideas? Thanks

What is landline in the car? Maybe the cars and phones microphone are both picking up sound. Try hiding the phone in the center console or cover the microphones

Try unsynching the Bluetooth and then re-synching. It's strange how it can create a poor connection sometimes. Most phones will not use two sources at once so hiding the phone won't make a difference. Do you have this problem when using the phone without Bluetooth? This will separate carrier issues from the car's Bluetooth as the problem. Just unsynch and then re-synch. This is the quickest and easiest test.
