2015 glk 350 4matic
Suggestions welcome!
My strategy is if I get a low tire, re-inflate with the compressor. If the tire won't hold air, then get out the can of fix-a-flat and try again. If that doesn't work, call for help.
My GLK has run-flats (no spare), I carry a compressor anyway. While you can drive on a run-flat with no air, doing so will ruin it. If it goes low I will try re-inflating rather than just driving on it.
My Corvette originally came with run-flat tires (no spare), I just replaced them with regular (non run-flat) performance tires. I keep a compressor kit there too.
An air compressor is easier to use than trying to change a tire on the side of the road. Fortunately, I haven't had a need to try it out yet.
