Difficult to believe the improvement of the ride and the lack of low frequency road noise compared to the original tires.
But the maximum speed with a trailer is now about 10MPH lower.
5x mount and balance, 4-wheel alignment plus a wheel for the spare tire cost about the same as two run-on-flat tires mounted and balanced.

Three years after installing Pirelli Scorpion Verdes, I had a flat (of course, 400 miles from home where I'd left the spare wheel)
The damage was not repairable.
Had put over 40,000 miles on the Pirellis, wear indication indicated time to replace four.
Went with 70,000 mile warranty Continental Cross Contact.
Quiet and a nice ride, but they do not have the lateral stability of the original run flats or the Pirellis. Cornering is not as secure feeling, and trailering lost 5mph.
