2015 GLK350 - Audio 20 Issues
Hey guys,
recently bought a GLK for the wife, but we are having some issues with the radio as it keeps messing with the volume when it recieves information on the HD channels. The dealership recently replaced the entire command unit without any difference.
Now they are telling us it is a common problem after first telling us they had never heard about it before
anyone else experiencing this problem?

AM HD radio in my area sucks! If I listen to it more I would turn it off. I think you can do that in the settings. I have the command system in two cars and it is the same. It changes fidelity all the time.
