This looks bad. Engine oil in air filter housing?

I changed the air filter and found this pool of oil inside the air filter housing. What can be the cause of this? I checked the oil level and it’s between min and max. The engine runs fine and no lights on the dash. There is no blow by either. This is a 2013 GLK350 with the M276 engine.

My car had that too, but I have the additional charcoal filter. I believe the issue is related to the crack case breather line allowing oil to blow back..

The vent of the crankcase causes oil vapor to go in the intake. Absolutely no issues here, totally normal.
