Found out today my CPO vehicle was in an accident
Hey y'all. To make a long story short, my car has been a complete cluster **** since March. Done $10k worth of repairs in the past 6 months. Mercedes has been a nightmare to deal with and Ive found another car from a different manufacturer I will be purchasing. In the process of selling my car, Ive received some incredible below market offers which alarmed me. I decided to run a carproof on my CPO vehicle and noticed my car WAS IN A COLLISION.
Ironically enough it was on the right side of my vehicle - which is where the $10k worth of repairs has been done (warranty covered). What, if any, is my recourse? CPO are guaranteed accident free

You paid a big premium for Mercedes certified, I’d say they owe you . I bought a glk CPO and it to was hit, they left a bent aluminum piece behind the grill , Mercedes didn’t care, I have not persued it.

Read the CPO carefully. I don't recall exact wording but it's something like "no structural damage". so in theory the car could have been sideswiped, cost 10K to fix but it's not affecting structural integrity. Very disappointing. Best wishes.

Don't worry, if it was repaired, it means that collision wasn't very hard. Access the carfax and you can receive the photos of how your car before it was repaired. I'm sure that the damage wasn't very serious so you can drive your car without any problems. Or you can consult guys from https://lsclawfirm.com/family-law/alimony-calculator/ and they will explain how to get the many compensation from the seller because he tricked you and affirmed car hasn't accidents before. Try always to protect your rights.

Guys, I'm pretty sure the OP is long gone. This is a 2+ year-old post.
As most here can attest, you do your research on cars BEFORE you buy one, especially a premium brand demanding big bucks.
Choices have consequences.
