2014 Audio 20 LCD Screen Bonkers
I've a 2014 GLK350 4MATIC with the base Audio 20 and add-on Becker Nav. About 2 weeks ago, the screen began to develop vertical lines, looking like an etch a sketch. They're worse now, with some faint ghost display barely visible. All else works fine. Have reset 4 fuses from the fuse list, reset the nav. module, powered up and down several times, all to no avail. I'm thinking of replacing the LCD screen, but have not had it diagnosed. Thoughts?

If you do a search - you might find a thread where another owner has DIY'd a replacement LCD screen. The replacement screen from China is quite affordable - what you are looking for is a thread about the installation - so you can choose if you want to do-it-yourself - or turn over the screen w/instructions for a shop to do,
