Glk stuck in gear. What could it be?

Glk stuck in gear. What could it be?
Glk seem’s to be stuck in 3rd gear. I did the reset with the gas pedal but no luck there. The tranny doesnt make any clunkking noise or jerk off while traveleing but wont shift at all! Cant put her into sport mode, can see the gear on the cluster while trying to manualy shift her but nothing on the transmission side. Our pocket reader doesnt seem to read our glk so will have it scan this week. So anyone ever had this problem before??? Realy at lost here.
