Fuel Economy, not too scientific

Current status, 97k miles, recent B Service, plugs, filters, newer MAF, 12k on tires, rotated at 9k

Using info from the Start Menu

75mph over 100 miles, 23.8

65mph - 70mph, 24.2

55mph - 60mph, 24.5, up to 25+

22 mile one way commute, 22.7

Resetting upon refuel, for a stop and go travel week, 20.3 - 5.

Note, my fills up at typically 15ish US gallons

I find the info interesting from a Kramer point of view, how far can I go...

And from past experience, changes in fuel economy indicate potential maintenance issues.

2015 GLK 250
2015 GLK250, we just went on a ~1500km road trip for a wedding. Got 37.8mpg going west into a headwind all the way and 52.4mpg coming east with a tailwind the whole way. Similar speeds each way. That on an imperial gallon.

Armand, In my 2014 GLK 350 I get roughly what you are reporting. My averages in town are high 22's - low 23's, mixed driving, town some freeway, If I'm just bumping around town more like 19-20 MPG.
On longish Freeway drives at 70 to 80 MPH the average goes up to upper mid 20's(27-28 MPG?) If I "pedal" the car and go for efficiency(60-65 MPH) I have kissed 30 MPG, but Extremely rare.
We have different engines I believe, but generally I think you're on target.

Edit: FYI, I do the MPG at each fill up based on odometer / fuel dispensed. My number is generally a bit different than the Trip computer, but not radically.

Using the manual method at each fill-up, I've got a historical average of 32.6 MPG over the last 65k miles. It's the wifey's ride and she has a heavy right foot too, so I'm pretty pleased with that.

I've never done the calculation, gone off the trip computer. My highest ever was 39 miles per US gallon (~6litres/100km). My average was closer to 27-30 miles per US gallon on my 2013 and 2015.
